Virtual Fitness Activities

Thanks to our Athletic Coaches for providing these physical activities. 

Based on parent and student survey feedback, we are providing weekly workouts from our coaches. Do your best, and try to do some or all of the fitness tasks. You will find each task has something different to offer.

Activities should be done indoors when possible, unless the weather allows you to get outside to a space that allows for safe social distancing.
