Use this form to enroll P4 and P5 students only

Payment: Except for Tiny Chefs*, the cost for each program will be posted to the Family Tuition Management Account, and the payment will be automatically deducted on your regularly scheduled Tuition Management Payment date.

*Tiny Chefs requires payment on their website. Please use this link to sign up and pay the $232 fee on the Tiny Chefs website. Group 1 will meet on Fridays from 3:15 to 4:15pm; Group 2 will meet on Fridays from 4:30 to 5:30pm.

Pick-Up: Following class, students who have not been picked up will be taken to Barrie School’s Extended Day program and will be charged the drop-in rate if your child is not already enrolled in the Extended Day Program. Please reach out to Kim Foard at kfoard@barrie.org if you have any questions. Space is not guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refunds: If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund for their students. Families who wish to remove a student from a program prior to its start must be done at minimum, three business days prior to the start of that program. There are no refunds for any cancellation after a program has begun. In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, families will be given a refund for the class session missed if the class is unable to be made up at a later date. There are no refunds if a class is missed due to a student's absence or refusal to attend.

Class locations are subject to change. Any location changes will be communicated through email.
