Use this form to register students in Grades 1-8 only
The cost for each program will be posted to your Tuition Management Account. Payment will be automatically deducted on your regularly scheduled Tuition Management payment date. The only exception is Martial Arts, which should be paid with a check to the program provider.
Pick-Up: Following class, students who have not been picked up will be taken to Barrie School’s Extended Day program. Please reach out to Tim Evans at tevans@barrie.org for students in Grades 1 - 8. Space is not guaranteed. Drop in rates apply.
Cancellation and Refunds: If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund for their students. Families who wish to remove a student from a program prior to its start must be done at minimum three business days in advance of the start of that particular program. A partial refund, excluding a $25 registration fee, will be returned if cancellation is three days prior to the start of that program. There are no refunds for any cancellation after a program has begun. In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, families will be given a refund for the class session missed if the class is unable to made up at a later date. There are no refunds if a class is missed due to a students absence.
Class locations are subject to change. Any location changes will be communicated through email.
