Tuition covers regular camp program, activities, a camper shirt, and end of day popsicles.
Tuition for Specialty and Super Camps cover half day of Specialty/Super Camp and half day of regular day camp activities
Multi-camper rates apply to the second and additional siblings only. They must be enrolled in more than one week.
For campers enrolled in more than one program, rates are based on the total number of weeks in camp.
To qualify for rates as shown, applications and payment in full must be postmarked on or before the end of the rate period.
A $50 discount is eligible for campers enrolled in Warm Up Week and/or Week 2 due to camp being closed on June 19 and July 3.

All applicable discounts are applied at the end of the application process or manually end prior to a campers enrollment.

If a withdrawal request is received, in writing, from the child's parent or legal guardian by 11:59 pm EST on May 1, 2026, Barrie Camp retains a non-refundable $100 registration fee per camper. All remaining tuition and fees will be refunded.
After May 1, 2026, there are no refunds for a cancellation. In the event that a child is unable to attend camp due to an extended illness or injury, Barrie Camp will issue a refund, minus the $100 non-refundable registration fee per camper, provided that the illness or injury can be appropriately documented by the child’s physician, for the time the camper is unable to attend.
Prorate Days or Weeks: Barrie Camp does not prorate weeks or days due to camper no shows, illness or appointments
Behavioral Dismissals: No refunds will be issued if a camper is sent home for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, at the discretion of the Director of Barrie Camp. Barrie Camp reserves the right to deny a camper's return to camp should there be additional concerns about their behavior.
Homesickness: No refunds will be given if a camper is picked up early, or unable to attend, due to homesickness
