Barrie Camp employs a summer staff of over 150 counselors, specialists and leaders. We seek staff who can respectfully, enthusiastically and lovingly interact with children. Positions range from entry level to those that require specific training, education and experience. Working with children and their families demands a unique and personal commitment.
Summer Camp Employment
Our staff are the backbone of camp, and one of the aspects campers remember most! Staff members are carefully screened, educated, and evaluated prior to and throughout the summer. Our staff members are highlights of the Barrie Camp experience!
New staff are required to have professional or educational references prior to being hired. Your application will have a section to input contact information for three references. Please make sure you have the name, email and phone number for your references prior to starting your application.
