Summer work at Barrie is designed to activate students' prior skills and allow them to dive into fresh ideas as they prepare for a new year of learning. This year's summer work is the result of careful student-centered planning.
- Students should complete all required assignments for the classes they will take in the upcoming school year. For example, rising 7th grade students should complete the summer work for Humanities 7 and the appropriate math class.
- All required assignments are due to the appropriate teacher on the first day of classes (Wednesday, August 28, 2024) unless otherwise noted.
- Work listed as optional is included for students who would like opportunities to continue consistent practice over the summer.
Have Questions?
