  • A Note About Traffic on Campus

The Barrie campus is busy with traffic for much of the day, particularly during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. In order to maintain a smooth and safe flow of traffic (for both cars and pedestrians), we ask that you please observe the following rules when driving on campus:
    --Obey the posted speed limit.
--Stop at the stop sign at the top of the hill.
--Do not overtake other vehicles on the main drive.

  • A Request from the Institute for Advanced Montessori Studies

The Institute for Advanced Montessori Studies is looking for housing accommodations for Adult Learners for the summer of 2014. Each summer Adult Learners travel to the area to attend classes through the Institute. Adult Learners begin arriving the week of June 9th and classes end on August 8th. If you have a spare bedroom, consider renting space to an Institute Adult Learner. Perhaps you have family, friends or neighbors who may be interested in renting space; please pass the information on to them. Also, this is a wonderful opportunity to have someone house sit while you are on vacation. To add your name to the list or if you have any questions, please contact Hilary Green at the Institute at 301-576-2867 or hgreen@barrie.org. Thank you for supporting our Adult Learners!
